and create, I retain the copyright to
them. There is NO one authorized as
an agent of my paintings, sketches,
or drawings, or photographs. 
There is NO one authorized to have
possession of my images on their 
computer or stored to their disk 
but me.IF you want to copy the 
images of my paintings or my 
photographs, you must contact me
personally and get my signature
in writing detailing what you may
copy and for what reason, and that
must have a notary witness signature
also. This is necessary because
bad people tried to steal websites
of mine, paid for by me, to put bad
images on, in an effort to capitalize
on my name and reputation and in 
an effort to associate their immoral
content with my name in an effort to
try to ruin me.
 My name written as gloriapoole ®© is
a trade name of my paintings, sketches
drawings that I create, and also of my
photographs I photograph whether with
my TMobile phones or my digital camera,
or with a camcorder; and also of the
words, poems, essays, articles, on the web
teaching as a Registered Nurse; and also
for the websites that have either my name
of Gloria Poole or as written gloriapoole ©®, or
the websites of Life Media & Publishing LLP ®©, or
the websites of words that WORK,LLP ®©. My
name as trade name is also a version of my
real name Gloria Poole. 
Therefore, you may not use my name in any
form it is written, in any way for any purpose. 
I am a real person and that is my name I was born
with and have YEARS of paintings, writings,
poetry, speaking in public, in my name.
The trade name of gloriapoole ®© is registered to me
 in the State of Colorado,
and renewed/corrected to my maiden name
in Dec 2007,Feb 2008,Dec 2008, and Feb 6,2009 
after a second divorce.

I moved to Missouri on Oct 31, 2009 and have updated most of my websites but there are some that sort of 'revert' backwards when I log off. I am posting this warning here for protection of the public. I would not move back to Colorado under any circumstances or for any reason. Everything I created there moved with me to Missouri including my accounts. Everything I own would be moved to Missouri also except that criminals run the state of Colorado and pervert their offices to accomplish their evil. In time I will prevail. I will get control of MY NAME and my accounts and criminals will go to prison and or to hell, or both. GOD is not mocked according to Galatians 6:7.  I have no family in Colorado,and never had family in Colorado. I have no business partners in Colorado and NEVER had business partners in Colorado. So don't be fooled by con-men and con-women who steal for a living.
