paintings, or photographs are created [drawn,sketched, painted]

On some sites it is photography of a genre nature and not a photograph
of a painting or sketch or drawing. 
I work in oils, acrylics, watercolors,goauche,tempera,powdered pastels;
and draw in charcoals, pen/ink and pencils; and have my
artist bio info on these websites of mine.I am leaving these two websites down in next section as documentation.
They were stolen by criminals after I paid for them and after I created the
 content of them and the content of them was also stolen by criminals
 and their accomplices that work for 1and1.com of Pennsylvania. 
1and1.com stole an entire album of my original photographs and also
 some of my photos of my original paintings, and they tried to steal
 my name of Gloria Poole and my entire life's work. I am leaving these here as documentation for
