photographs I photograph whether with
my TMobile phones or my digital camera,

words, poems, essays, articles, on the web
teaching as a Registered Nurse; and also
for the websites that have either my name
of Gloria Poole or as written gloriapoole, or
the websites of Life Media & Publishing LLP, or
the websites of words that WORK,LLP. My
name as trade name is also a version of my
real name Gloria Poole. 
Therefore, you may not use my name in any
form it is written, in any way for any purpose. 
I am a real person and that is my name I was born
with and have YEARS of paintings, writings,
poetry, speaking in public, in my name.
The trade name of gloriapoole is registered to me
 in the State of Colorado,
and renewed/corrected to my maiden name
in Dec 2007,Feb 2008,Dec 2008, and Feb 6,2009 
after a second divorce.
