Here are the values I have summed up that she represents, remembering the that the Bible says that whatever or whoever you sell yourself too, is the enactment of what you believe. She defended infanticide, and molestation of an insubordinate that is called sexual harassment in situations where the employer is not the federal government, and she lives the lifestyle of the ??? lesbian and is obviously in the prodeath camp believing women are only 'emancipated' when they have killed their offspring. She is the enemy of the US Military. She'd fit in well with the Hitler kill the Jews political decisions of yesteryear since she believes in killing the preborn/unborn jews when they are the most defenseless and vulnerable. She has no conscience as is true of most lawyers educated by the propaganda machinery of law schools in the US who are taught to defend the most vile and reprehensible evil people in the nation. Just vote no to Kagan. Find a better candidate who believes there is a GOD and it is not her.
Also, I read in the news that the Calif Judge is looking for a reason to make his decision.How about these reasons to vote against sodomites and lesbians marrying?
1) The people/citizens/voters voted against it. What right does a judge have to overturn the will /voted on decision of the people of California?
2) What 'right' does a judge have to declare himself the sole Legislative body for any state and thus essentially voiding out/cancelling out the decision by the people who voted against homosexuals being allowed to marry?
3) What does the state legislature say about how a bill becomes law in California? Is it ever by Judicial fiat? or decree? NOT!
4) How about avoiding the tyranny of a single self appointed tyrant overturning the entire state and its legislature all by himself? Is California the next red China?
5) How about not forcing sin as a lifestyle on the MAJORITY of the state in a judicial effort to appease the few wicked there that want to ramrod the parts of them down the throats and behinds of others?
6) How about wanting the blessings of GOD and not the curses?

I read in the news about the sodomites suing in California to force the nation to tolerate sin. I am opposed to any revision of any law that would enable or empower that sin of sodomy and abomination, based upon the words of GOD ALMIGHTY. GOD told Moses to tell the men, 'thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind; it is abomination." Leviticus 18:22

And in the Old Testament, it says clearly that GOD rained fire and brimstone from heaven to destroy the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha because the men there demanded the right to sodomize the messengers of GOD. Read the Bible and know what the curse for California will be if Judges try to force sodomy on the state as a false and evil 'right'. When something becomes law, it is taught in schools. When sin is taught as a "right" by state authorized teachers, then the state will be destroyed according to scripture. It is written, '..whosoever shall offend one of these little ones which believe in Me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.Woe unto the world because of offences! Woe to that man by whom the offence cometh." Matthew 18:6-7 . When you teach children to sin, you bring woe on yourself or on your state/nation.
Be not deceived by the devil. It is the devil who wants to legitimize sodomy and sin. Do not be fooled by him. He will lead you and California to hell. And quickly if you give him so much as an inch of 'tolerance'.

These articles are relevant to the times and culture of the entire world. Those who don't know GOD think they could control the environment but the cordblood tests show that what they do while manipulating the environment for big bucks, does not make much difference at all.
The idea of Nokia to recharge cell phone batteries by bicycling or walkabouts, should be a huge advantage also to the EU countries where walkabouts and bicycling are encouraged and most of the people exercise or travel in those methods. Yes, some do have cars in Europe but a lot don't because gasoline is measured in miliiliters instead of gallons there and it is very expensive.
And for the Lombary region to start having to pay women not to abort says something about the climate there. Of course you know I am prolife and that the purpose of much of my writing on the web is to support, encourage human life and to end abortion as a so-called 'right'. Do not take any medicines while pregnant unless you medical doctor [ob-gyn] tells you it is ok for the unborn/preborn member of your family also.
And do not use 'chemicals' --avoid them as much as possible while pregnant. And of course never never never use illegal substances or drugs even when not pregnant or wanting to produce a baby.

And Angela Merkel being a good Chancellor is resistant to a bail-out of Greece for any reason, and I am glad. I have tendencies to like the Germans as they are and I have Anglo-Saxon heritage from the part of Germany that is on the Baltic --Schlesweig-Holstein; and Germany as a nation has been pretty good to me. So I am on their side in this debate.

These are the exact comments written today by me on the comments by the public section of the NY Times article by Nicholas Kristof that was discussing christian beliefs and "liberals' [meaning atheists]. I am posting my comments here to make sure they are posted publicly:
I take exception with N Kristof on several issues including health care. This topic of how Christianity impacts the world is very relevant. It is Christians who helped save some of the Jews from annihilation during Nazi Germany's annihilation efforts. It is Christians who care enough and who believe that there is a hell, and don't want anyone to go there. Christians don't want total strangers to go to hell and suffer torment for eternity. Secular atheists on the other hand try to cause as many as possible to be dispatched into eternity without GOD. And Christians are motivated by the Word of GOD that there is a heaven and there is a hell, heaven for believers and hell for those who reject GOD.
As for the use of Kristof's column to promote homosexuality, I am opposed to the legaliization of homosexuality for these reasons: 1) GOD said it is abomination in Leviticus 18:22 and in Romans chapter one [I read the King James Holy Bible], 2) it is medically devastating causing AIDS and rectal tears and incompetent sphincters and a sequaelae of medical events for years, 3) it is perverse, unnatural, ungodly. It involves men putting their male member into the backsides of other men and that spot on them has a different natural function not designed to receive that; and by doing that they acquire fecal matter and bacteria that swims upstream into blood supply. 4) If the nation legalized it and as so-called legal it became more acceptable the nation would cease to exist because it would depopulate, and because GOD would destroy it.
Christians and I speak for myself, as Christian since age of seven, feel a duty to 'evangelize' to tell others what GOD has told us either through the Bible or directly via prayer. We believe that JESUS is the way, the truth and the life and that no one gets to heaven except by accepting JESUS as the promised Messiah, Redeemer. Because JESUS Himself said to go and teach all nations what I have commanded you [paraphrase of Matthew 28 :18-20] we consider it a direct commandmet from GOD to teach the Scriptures. Therefore no matter how long the NY Times or any other government controlled entity tries to prevent us, we true believers will not forsake the teaching of the Bible, nor the obedience to the Words/ Commandments of GOD. Persecution and harassment is as old as time itself, and even JESUS HIMSELF was crucified for challenging the Roman empire that was smashing in the heads of infants to save Caesar's place in history [they thought]. Persecution does not stop Christians. It empowers them because then they have to seek GOD's help and GOD's plan to go forward and when they do that, and when they are obedient to the words of GOD, the world is turned upside down.
With only 12 disciples JESUS changed history. He even changed the recording of time to BC and AD. He changed the eternal perspective by saying it is what is in one's heart that determines if that one goes to heaven or to hell. He changed the expectations to love your enemy, care whether or not your enemy goes to heaven or to hell, and to 'feed my sheep', and to 'raise the dead'.
In the US particularly, the present health care debate is not about raising the dead at all but dispatching them to hell early on in their disease. It is about deliberately murdering innocent humans in the womb [abortion]. It is about giving massive doses of legally recognized by US FDA and NIH, and Medicare/caid agencies drugs, to cause one to cease breathing and have what is then labeled spontanous cardiac arrest, but of course was drug-induced death. The so-called Obama plan of death delivery must be defeated, and that is one of my goals as a Christian. This nation must NEVER legalize abortion in any way, with any sleight of hand tricks, or with any trick wording. Obams'a fake reform is trying to redefine medical killing as the duty of the nation and as such, it is totally unacceptable to any true Christian.
This discussion is about Christians, what they believe and why they believe it and I write for myself. I am Christian and I will never apologize for the words of JESUS or of GOD the FATHER as spoken in the Old Testament, and I will NEVER apologize for doing what GOD commanded of teaching the scriptures and commandments or of adhering to the Commandments or of publishing the WORD of GOD [Bible.]
When the NY Times and other liberal rags start apologizing to the Christians for illegal censorship, trying to discredit them publicly, making fun of their beliefs, labeling them as nuts or their many efforts to stifle, prevent, hinder Christians from communicating with the readers of NY and elsewhere, then this nation might have a future.
Christianity will not go away. The Christians who truly believe will go to heaven and those who mock and defy GOD will go to hell. That it is the Bible. I am adding this entry here to show my support of the National Tea Party that is intended to be another American Revolution of the people. I watched the Al-Jazeera youtube video last evening of the first national convention of the Tea Party and this morning lo and behold, CBS also has a youtube video of Sarah Palin's speech. Her speech was cut off [on CBS video] when she criticized Obama on record however, and ended abruptly on the video.
I support in spirit the concept that government is a servant to the people not the tyrant over them. I support in spirit the principles of a republic as defined that elected by the people in an honest voting process, representatives that know their districts and concerns of the citizens speak for them in the houses of Congress. I do not support the idea that exists in Congress now that there are some representatives in some states and some senators in some states that are 'more equal' [have more power] than any other representative or senator of any other state. I oppose any law that requires any mandatory purchase of anything or any service.
I want to state what my agenda for America and the world is:
1) Create constitutional protections for the innocent unborn/preborn humans.
2) put the 'full faith and credit" clause of the U S Constitution into providing legal protections for the innocents in the womb; and the up and coming generations of each and every nation. And sending federal troops to shut down immediately all killing centers that slaughter innocents in the womb.
3) halt immediately all invasions of privacy including the seek and destroy attacks in the womb of innocent humans; and prosecute those who kill innocents including the mothers. Killing innocents is a sin against GOD and it is destroying America.
4) halt the invasions of privacy into privately owned computers of citizens, and end the wire-tapping of privately owned telephones by the Obama administration, unless a warrant has been obtained signed by a lawful Judge in a recognized Court of Law stating the reason for it, the need for it, and who gets or uses the information obtained by it, and how that information is handled.
5) stop the socialist teaching in schools as defined as teaching that government is the answer to all problems. Government is supposed to be set of rules intended to provide for protection of the innocent, the defense of the nation and equal opportunity regardless of race, color, creed [beliefs]; and it is not equal distribution of assets or redistribution of assets via taxes.
6) stop all the run-around of Congress that has allowed the U S Supreme Court to usurp power and make their own laws without lawful authority in the Constitution to do that.
7) Make all bills, resolutions, in either house of Congress open to full debate, with every bill read aloud and into the record; with television coverage at every step of the way, having all representatives including Senators who after all are supposed to represent the people of their states and not themselves, present for any vote, and votes --the yeas and nays--recorded and reported in every news station and newspaper in the nation. Have no vote unless 100% attendance or excused only by doctor's note as any employer would require. The representatives and senators are not mini-dieties but elected to do a job and that is to represent the citizens of this nation--not the citizens of Mexico, not the citizens of Afghanistan, not the citizens of Saudi Arabia but the citizens of this nation.
8) Authorize NO payments to be used for war-making unless there is an official on the record declaration of war by the U S Congress as is defined in the Constitution.
9) Amend the war powers act that communication lines of citizens [telephones, internet, cell /mobile phones, texting, wire services, all forms] cannot be suspended except by a declaration of war by the Congress stating who the enemy is,and how the communications of the citizens have hampered the winning of that war. The abuse of power that has happened more with Obama than predecessors is scandalous. If you write or speak against Obama, you might find your computer harddrive fried by the Pentagon. That is an abuse of power clearly! The First Amendment gives citizens the authority to have complaints against the government heard without harassment of the citizens for airing their complaints.
10) Compare every bill every resolution before any vote, and with television and reporters present allowed to record it to the actual wording of the U S Constitution.
And allow no bill or resolution to be voted on that does not meet muster with Constitution.
11) Uphold and enforce the U S Constitution and the amendments to it; and do not uphold or enforce the usurpation of power by the U S Supreme Court or any ngo.
I have to think on this some more but this are my starting points for what my goals would be IF I were elected President.

Updated at 8:16 when I should be getting ready for Church. I pray GOD will forgive me and I think HE will because I worship GOD all days in all ways. Here are my additional thoughts on this subject:
12) When any resolution or bill is intended to create new 'rights' that puts a burden on taxpayers collectively or individually, it must originate in the House of Representatives which is much closer to the people and has greater, faster turnover. A bill or resolution of that nature would have to declared an attempt to amend the Constitution and written as such and then if it passed both houses of Congress it would have to be voted on as stated in Constitution by the people themselves whether to amend the Constitution, and 2/3 of the states' voting in affirmation would be required before any such resolution became law or enforceble. IF not ratified by 2/3 of the states voting it would die in Congress and never become law.
13) If lawmakers in Congress or the President make private, and or secret agreements with any enemy of the U S as declared by Congress in an act of war, that they be tried for treason and punished as written in the U S Constitution. An enemy of the United States before being declared an enemy of the United States must be found by Congress to have a consistent pattern of physical attacks against the land of the United States' proper [fifty states, as there are not authorized by citizens territories of the United States] and or against the citizens of the United States; and or consistent pattern of sabotaging the United States as a nation, as a lawful entity of a collection of fifty states, acts that are so egregious as to endanger the continuity of the nation itself.
14) Allow any method of home schooling of children that enables them to pass entrance exams for college.
15) Amend the Constitution that humans in the womb have the same civil liberties as all other humans, since it is medical fact that humans produce humans and it is medical fact that humans in the womb are human from the beginning. Appoint lawyers at taxpayer's expense for the innocents' representation, and not for the wicked who kill.

16) Include all citizens of the U S in the First Amendment protections including the liberty to worship GOD and to be heard in public [townhall,newspapers,etc] forums if they publicly confess allegiance to GOD and not suppressed/oppressed for stating belief in GOD.
17) Require all sessions of Congress to be open to the public and allow videotaping and note-taking of roll calls and voting by the citizens; and stop the government control of the presses in the U S. Allow no committees of Congress and bring each resolution to the floor for debate by all present unless excused by medical doctor, and allow no secretive 'filtering' of what gets voted on or discussed in debate, or how long the debate will be. Do not allow control of the process of debate and voting by either the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House; and restrict those positions to merely enforcing what is called 'parliamentary procedure' [the rules of the Constitution and not the rules of NY or California or Massachusetts for example].
18) Every resolution will be voted on by every representative or senator with no abstaining from voting. Voting on resolutions is why they are sent to Congress. If they cannot or will not do that,they should be removed from office by impeachment or electing better person.

I read an article in the Columbia [Missouri] Tribune this am and I am glad it was written. Thank you for covering/writing the prolife point of view.
And here is my reaction to the statement by so-called defense attorneys for Scott Roeder: being prolife,
and believing that humans are made in the very image of GOD, with the intellect and emotions and physical appearance
like unto GOD [see Genesis 1:27 for exact words or read it in footnote*] and also believing the commandments of GOD
and the scripture verse in Genesis 9:6 ** are not unreasonable beliefs. And for you to apply that word 'unreasonable'
to the people who believe in GOD and the words of GOD is religious discrimination on the face of it. What is unreasonable
is the lack of the US Justice Dept seeking any justice for the innocent. What is unreasonable is the refusal by the
US Justice Dept to file RICO charges against 1) Center for Reproductive Rights as they call it,
but GOD would call it evil, and 2) Nancy Northup individually, and 3) Vicki Saporta individually,

and 6) Feminist Majority Foundation a political arm of killing machinery, and 7) Planned Parenthood which is the
killing machinery, and 8) SIECUS a political arm of killing machinery, and the 8) the democratic party whose
'platform' is to depopulate and ruin the US and rig elections.Those groups have a organized crime in kiliing
and rigging elections.They buy judges and courts and lobbyists, and Congressmen and women, and Senators by the
dozens;and the US President is in their pocket. That is unreasonable. The refusal by the US Justice Dept to
protect the innocents from premeditated deliberate destruction is a failure to represent the good people of
the US while they offer SS Nazi-era protection to those who kill. It is abomination.
That assassin-abortionist-mass-murderer of innocents-Tiller was NOT innocent but evil abomination;
and I am glad Scott Roeder killed him. And I pray that GOD also raises up some group or nation that
kills all the abortionists and all the evil killing machinery of murderers of innocents-in-womb and
shuts down every killing center That is Biblical to protect the innocent. Scott Roeder may the only man in America
after GOD's own heart to be a champion for the unborn/preborn.
I am furious. There is a GOD and HE does not approve of premeditated killing of the innocents. If you doubt that
then it shows /proves that you are heathen and totally unfamiliar with the word of GOD = Bible.
I tell you this, the good people of this nation are rising up in rebellion, because GOD is not mocked,and this
nation has sowed death and destruction to the innocents created by GOD and mocking GOD called such evil a 'right'
but it is always a wrong. Always ! The US will go down as a nation, and will become like all the places that
legalized sodomy, abortion and abomination against GOD--> that would leave a remnant of a nation. GOD has all but
destroyed California because of what that evil Nancy Pelosi tried to ramrod through Congress. And GOD has sent
invasion to America from the Saudi Kingdom, from the Mexican nation, and they come like ants to sugar. The US is
already experiencing the consequences of their rebellion against GOD.
Scott Roeder's beliefs are very reasonable,that unborn innocent children should not be slaughtered like sheep,
with not the compassion of the way the US government requires animals to be slaughtered but in cold blood
with no anesthesia as they are torn apart, and no mercy for the true innocent human babies. The ungodly in this
nation will NOT make the rules because there is a GOD. GOD will thwart every attempt by Congress to legalize the
premeditated killing of innocents in the womb, and if that means destroying the nation that will happen too.
GOD is not mocked according to Galatians 6:7.For too many years [nearly 40 since that evil Roe v Wade decision]
that tried to label premeditated killing of innocents as a 'right" GOD has waited patiently until the gospel truth
was told . But now the evidence of the reality of America's situation on the brink of national collapse,
bankruptcy and takeover by communist China, shows that GOD is ruining America.
Scott Roeder fire your lawyers and get some that believe that being prolife-- FOR LIFE--is a reasonable belief
and get some that believe that men are required by GOD to have the courage of their convictions. And appeal your
sentence and state plainly what you believe and why in the witness stand, and insist on your rights in the true
laws to defend your beliefs and not be silenced by a Judge bought by Planned Parenthood. The true laws are that
if a civil law is unconstitutional and any law intended to depopulate the nation would not be in the best interest
of the state of Kansas or the nation,and would not meet muster for the right to life clause it may not be upheld. Fight for your constitutional rights and the right to life for all US Citizens in the womb. Fight for the First Amendnment to believe in GOD and act on those beliefs.

I know the Public relations version of the state of the union will be publicly announced by the President in a few weeks but I am writing as a citizen, what I perceive to be the true state of the Union of the confederated States of America. Here is the situation I have observed and endured in this past year:
1) U S Congress behaving more like the secretive socialist KGB than the U S Congress. They are meeting in closed sessions, preventing opposing viewpoints, controlling/limiting/preventing debate on the issues, and also preventing the light of day to shine on their activities. They hold after midnight sessions in rooms away from the floor of either the Senate or the House, hoping the Press won't show up, and the citizens won't find out. They are hopelessly so far removed from the will of the poeple as to be divorcing themselves from the Constitution and the constitutional republic as was set up 225+ years ago.
2) Wall St Bankers made hundreds of MILLIONS in salaries, perqs, dividends, rewards, while the poorest of the poor, were denied basics in some cases, based upon political beliefs.
3) The 'news' is more often about what sort of 'ice' Obama shared with hsi daughters on vacation, or what 'ho' Tiger Woods had most recently, or what Hollywood icon overdosed on what drug, than it is about the real issues that are dividing this nation.
4) The focus of the nation is entertainment, games, sports-- much as in pagan times when lawlessness,anarchy, and uncivilization was the norm. Sports [games players] are paid hundreds of millions also in their contracts and those who take care of children, raising them, teaching them to be good citizens are paid pittances, and relegated to second-class status, and those who work in hospitals are paid wages comparable to unskilled but unionized labour.
5) Jobs are going overseas to Phillippines, India, Arabic nations; and Americans are told repeatedly that their only hope is working for someone else hiring themselves out as labourers; and the idea of starting businesses that actually produce something is not often promoted as a solution for anybody.
6) Illegals pour into this nation like water through a sieve, and the law enforcement is understaffed and when they catch them, the liberal destroy America judges want to ignore their law-breaking because they like hiring that cheap labour that works without much pay, or benefits, or security. The rich love cheap exploited labour and the US is full of, so full of that sort that the born here with credentials are priced out of jobs or the potential employer does not get a tax break for hiring US Citizens so they don't.
7) Killing of innocent humans in the womb is called a 'right' [but it is a wrong according to GOD who wrote in stone, 'thou shalt not kill' Exodus 20:13] while killing of baby seals, whales, foxes, coyotes, bugs, mice, rodents, etc,etc,etc, is considered forbidden and people are hauled into Court by the EPA or the PETA nonsense or the feds, for killing animals but never for killing for innnocent baby humans in the womb. The scheme of the wicked is to 'save the planet for animals and anihilate the humans'. Preserving the human race is a low if at all priority to the stupid, wicked Congress currently in session.
8) Obama takes two 'annual' vacations spending tens of millions all the while constantly telling the nation how dire the finances of the nation are, but of course, he thinks he deserves his income because he thinks of himself as a god [a false one, I am sure]. His income also comes from taxpayers' money and it is also is figured in the massive debt.
9) The US is borrowing money at an alarming rate [billions by the day] from a nation [China] that suppresses its own citizens,thus making illegal alliances with nations that should be considered the 'enemy' of liberty. And doing so, violates the words of the Constitution.
10) U S is in $12 TRILLION of debt with $2 TRILLION added this past year by fool Obama who knowing the US cannot afford the programs it already created wants to create more programs to buy votes with, using Chinese money.
11) Churches whose first allegiance should be to GOD made ungodly pacts with the IRS to get not-for-profit status and in return agreed not to discuss from the pulpit any 'political idea,person, or party' or similar words. I read those words years ago when I considered not-for-profit status for words that WORK,LLP but decided against it, since my mission for it is to exactly publish the scriptures and discuss what is happening everywhere as seen from the perspective of The Word of GOD [Holy Bible].
12) The U S Supreme Court is packed with catholics who worship, bow down to idols and who have tried fervently to prevent the publishing of The Word of GOD in any public setting or on the internet, because they do not acknowledge THE GOD but many false gods, and their religions never was monotheistic..
13) Drug and alochol intoxication is the 'norm' in America and is promoted by the President's beer swilling on the White House lawn, the press, the Universities, the drug companies, the liquor companies, the movies, the schools, the newspapers [ads from liquor stores ] etc,etc,etc.Drugging the population into complacent servile docile stupidity is one of the most successful tactics of the communist takeover of America [ through servitude of the borrower to the lender= Red China].Even public school teachers have been given the authority to recommend drugging of young children for compliance extending prescription writing to groups not licensed to practice medicine. Hundreds of millions of citizens are on some sort of mind-altering chemical* to make them more docile and more compliant with Big Brother government spying,suppression,and trampling of true liberties like the freedom to worship THE TRUE and living GOD, and say so, and live by HIS rules, and the freedom/liberty to question the government [even Congress is not allowing republicans to question the authority by which the wicked attempt to rewrite the Constitution.
I think the U S is in decline, and I don't think it will 'recover' from the Obama administration focus on debt increasing vote buying con-games UNLESS the citizens of this nation turn back to GOD and take back the government from the atheists.
