I suggest the following Amendment to the Constitutions of all nations:<P>

"All living human beings possessing human DNA in any cell, or fiber, is entitled to the <P>
protection of the Constitution and the full force of the Military in protecting human life. <P>

Living is defined as any of these physical characteristics and medical observations:<P> 
1)breathing, and/or making breathing-life respiratory efforts <P>
2) with a beating heart, and/or any heart beat or electrical activity of the heart <P>
3) with electrical activity in the heart or brain, and/or <P>
4) making breathing motions either with air, or while in utero that draw in amniotic fluids <P>
 into the lungs of a preborn baby, and/or <P>
5) moving, and/or  kicking, squirming, swimming, wriggling any part<P>
6) making sounds, and/or grunting, or moaning, or <P>
 7) blinking, and/or <P>
8) taking nourishment from any source,and/or <P>
9) excreting wastes via the kidneys and/or bowels,  and/or any method e.g. via the amniotic fluid or the lungs,and /or <P>
10) warm to the touch, and/or <P>
11) with a palpable or audible pulse anywhere,  and/or <P>
12) with pupils that react to light, and/or <P>
13) responding to emotion or stimuli, and/or <P>
14) not cold, nor stiff nor with rigor mortis,  and/or <P>
15) responsive to sounds whether pleasurable or noise, in any way, and/or <P>
16) possessing reflexes, and/or <P>
 17) possessing even one cell of human DNA, and/or <P>
 18) mobile e.g. in the reproductive system and/or <P>
19) originating from a human man' s sperm joined with a human woman's egg .<P>

Let the US Constitution and every Constitution of every nation be so amended. </B>
